Wage, schedule, and job conditions are the common complains against the employer or to some extent the government. Employees group together if they don’t agree with the system of their employer. Hence, labour unions or sometimes termed as trade unions are organised. In general, it is an organisation that envelops the cause of labourers when it comes to their rights. In behalf of its supreme, a union negotiates with the employer the contract and work issues that the body is experiencing. It is actually for the cause that would benefit both parties and would create a long term relationship if properly tackled.
