Reform
The process of changing the way taxes are collected or managed by the government refers to tax reform. Moreover, tax reformers have different goals such as finding ways to reduce the level of taxation of all people by the government, making the tax system more or less progressive in its effect. Meanwhile, other tax reformers pave ways in making the tax system more understandable, or more accountable. Worldwide, a number of organisations establish tax reform systems such as the formation of income taxes or value added taxes. Nevertheless, there are groups that attempt to deal with externalities that claim to improve productivity.
