Equality of rights has long been called by the lesbian, gay, and bisexual communities, thus different lesbian, gay, and bisexual organisations have been formed over the years to achieve this “equal rights” everywhere. These organisations aim to focus on gender discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation. Moreover, there are a number of local as well as international lesbian, gay, and bisexual organisations since such discrimination is a global issue and most of these organisations are non-profit, not government; but rather are community-based federation. Meanwhile, there are lesbian, gay, and bisexual organisations that focus on business and social network for the benefit of their members and the community in general. With this network, members develop businesses that will help support their mission.
