Education
Education is perhaps one of the most important factors that determine a nation’s socio economic wealth. And when we define citizens as a nation’s wealth, then it is implied that a society composed of educated citizens can do much better than those with not. The role of education on economic development has long been studied and analysed. Over several decades, scores of studies have supported the hypothesis that education positively affects economy through the economic gains resulting from improved skills and productivity. This recognition of education’s role in improving human capital drives many governments to invest in the education of their human capital. The trend has reached even the most conservative of nations like China, where women are not educated.
